If for any reason you wish to return your goods for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of  the purchase.date. The goods must be unused and in their original packing.
Upon receipt of goods, We will refund your card the amount you paid for that item less 15% re-stocking fee . However this fee does not apply if items are returned due to our fault. We cannot refund carriage charges on the original order.

Please notify us by email of any returns. Remember to quote your order number, item model numbers and date you ordered.
Please also write your order number on the package.

If your goods are damaged or faulty when they reach you , please advise us by email within 48hours of receipt. We will either exchange or refund in full  the cost of the item once we receive them. We should receive them back within 7 days from the date of goods received. In the unlikely event that your packaging looks damaged please check the contents before signing. If they are damaged please refuse delivery or sign as damaged.
